Bob, et al....
I can work with either of those turns, but I think Kathryn was readying a big strike upon me when we became allies, so she *might* need a little more time to reconfigure.  I think the turn 150 beginning is better for our alliance, but will allow Kathryn to say whether she will be ready of not for the earlier turn - if she is, I am!
Just to clarify, when you say first armies arrive on turn 148, that means when we receive our turn 147 newspaper we are free to make attacks from it - correct?
