We hereby announce a unilateral cease-fire with Katy, Ivan, and all others!

To balance out the two sides in the upcoming war, it looks like we should swap some regions and possibly some units.  Mykkal, Borusa and I have a combined 250 production vs. 228 for Katy and Ivan, so I should probably give 11 production (on balance) to Katy/Ivan so we match up at around 239.  I'd also like to transfer some regions to Borusa and Mykkal so that the three of us are more balanced.  And there are a couple of pesky Independents.

Katy, I offer you free passage out of "MY Rose Garden" back through Anthony and John.  (But I want MY Rose Garden back; my wife will put me in the doghouse if I don't save her roses!)

Borusa, I will be passing through Crazy Horn Nebula this turn but plan to give you the region afterwards.

Ivan, I'm planning to give you and Katy both Aaron and Vann, but in that case I think I may need to hang onto both Solar Panels and New Bicycle (which I can then give to Borusa so he has a more interesting collection of border regions...)

I'm open to other ideas...  just trying to get the ball rolling here!  I won't turn my moves in until Saturday (about 8 hours before the update)...
