I see we have some energetic new nations growing up, and while Ivan and Katy and I seem to be able to battle it out with each other forever, I'm thinking ...  the more the merrier!

So here at HeeterHaven we are adopting an "Open Doors" policy.  What this means is that every couple of turns we will be investing a chunk of our units to build new external connections out of our less-developed regions, in hopes that we may connect with some new friends.  (Although, in the event that Ivan or Katy captures the region from us, we hope that they will get stuck connecting with some new enemies!) 

For regions that have only two connections and have been fully explored and fully connected using the internal connections, I think it only takes about 20 units to form a new external connection.  Anyone interested in adding more connections is welcome to join me!  (Note that this can be mutually advantageous, because the more "industrial" production is linked to a given region, the greater the "trade" production benefit is for that region!)

Greetings, Mighty Kate, Ivan and Bob - 

Hail! The small but scrappy nation of Mykkal is very excited to have discovered a land of Ivan's. And we are very heartened by the "Open Doors Policy" of Bob's.  We hope this will allow our neighbor, Borusa, to also connect to the main lands of this world.  For ourselves, we still have several turns worth of developing, building, and exploring, but at some point we hope we might be invited to engage in this world war that the three of you seem to be having!
