  • Region Disconnect: The connection between The British Empire-104 and Manchester has broken. Both places now have an additional internal connection possible.
  • W.P. Census Report: The Universe now contains a total of 114 regions controlled by a total of 8 Leaders. 90 of these regions belong to the 4 Leaders controlling Major (i.e. interconnected) nations.
