Sure, Ivan sends out a message just a few hours before the update, claiming to offer me a truce for a turn so I can sue for peace!  Hah hah!  We here in HeeterLand suspect that he just didn't have any big armies in a decent position to attack, and needed to bring up reinforcements.  We will not sue for peace!  The war is still young, and much can yet happen.  Who knows, in a few turns Ivan might come to us, offering some generous terms, to give him time to marshal his entire army against the "heinous witch"!  (After all, he gave her such an offer a few turns ago, when the Heeters had the upper hand against him and he needed to pull a few hundred units off his borders with her!)

Meanwhile, we would like to suggest to Larry that instead of barging in uninvited, he might knock first and let us know what he's interested in!  We have real estate that we would be interesting in selling (in exchange for 15 units for each point of production), no combat necessary!  Considering the price Larry might have to pay if we were indeed to cut a truce with the two major powers, and turn our full attention to repelling his uninvited overtures, it might be a better deal!  (Also, in the event of a mutually beneficial arrangement, Larry, you and I might team up and give Ivan and Katy a run for their money!  Or you could team up with Ivan and I could team up with Katy and we could have a world war...  So many possibilities to choose from!  But pillaging the weakest nation while his forces are fighting for survival just doesn't seem like the most honorable way to make a name for yourself!!!)
