Webs of Power Announce: Library issue; may update Weds

Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

Nearly everything seems to be working with the new server arrangement
for the game, but there is one library that was available on the old
server which is not available on the new server.  We'll work around it
as soon as we can, but it will take some reprogramming of the map
generator.  Please bear with us!  We'll get the next update off as
soon as possible and then return to the regular schedule.
