Power's Edge Announce: 2 New Universes need testers!

Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

We have two new universes hungry for playertesters over in the
Development Zone 
(http://pe-dev.net)!

I think I finally have the Development Zone in operational form again,
after a large number of modifications. The biggest change (for now) is
in the signup process, where we all get permanent "Player Accounts"
before creating leaders and nations.  This will have a lot of
advantages, the first of which is that from now on we each have only
one password to keep track of...  but it leads to much more exciting
things down the road (a Player Ranking system, a discussion forum /
blog for Players that's outside of all the games, and more).
There are a number of other visible and under-the-hood changes, with
more on the way again at last.

There are also still many loose ends, but I think we can now start
playing! As always, we'll be adding features (and debugging) as we go,
as usual!

Key Details:
(1) The Trial-and-Error Universe has been sent into a New Era.  The
rules there are basically the same as Crisis of Integrity.
(2) A new "Hundred Turns War" has been set up - whoever leads after
100 turns wins!

Take a look, create an account, join a universe (or both!) and please
let me know what you think!  (Please beat up the system as much as you
can so we can find all the holes in the code!)
