Power's Edge Announce: Updates postponed to Wednesday

Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

Unfortunately, we had an outage on the input submission system for the
last 7 hours.  The error logs show that a number of people attempted
to submit inputs, which means many universes will be adversely
affected if we run the output on the usual schedule.  Since this
outage was so close to the update (just 1 hour away now), and there
are so many major wars in progress, we will skip the Saturday update
in order to give all Leaders a fair chance to participate.  The next
update will be at the usual time on Wednesday, and only a huge outage
will stop this one!
