Power's Edge Announce: Relocation Issues Looming

Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

Due to some changing circumstances out here in the Real World, the
computer which runs the updates will be relocated sometime within the
next 8 weeks.  The final endstate is expected to enable a number of
dramatic improvements down the road, but getting there is a little
complicated.  In the meantime, the network connection for the updater
computer may be a little unstable, so there's a significant chance
that some updates will be slightly off-schedule along the way.  During
this period, if we can't run a given update within 24 hours after it's
regular time, then we'll just skip it and wait for the next one. 
Thanks for your patience, and don't stop submitting moves - all inputs
will be processed when the updates do take place!  

(Details of the migration are available by request for those who've
been with us for a long time and might be especially curious!)
