Power's Edge Announce: New Universe-Quivering Tyrants

Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

A new universe has been started!  Scherazade has won the long-running
Quest for Supremacy universe (on Turn 203)!  With QS completed, we
move on to QT:  Quivering Tyrants!  The rules are similar to Quest for
Supremacy and King of the Hill - many nations may enter, but only one
shall survive!  The universe will be open to all new nations until
turn 20, and after that it's a fight to the finish.  May the best
Tyrant win!
