Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

We're back in action!  The game should update as normal on Wednesday. 
Sorry for the extended delay.  Happy 4th of July (Independence Day) to
our American players!

Many of us are itching to start some new universes in the next couple
of weeks.  Suggestions and ideas are welcome!  (Also, we are grinding
away towards a "create your own universe" feature over in the
Development Zone, which will allow any player to start a new universe
with their own custom rules any time they want...  but it will be a
while yet before that is ready for beta testing over there.)
