Power's Edge Announce: Glitch fixed, update postponed

Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

A bug that prevented many of us from submitting moves for the past 19
hours or so has now been fixed.  However, due to the large number of
inputs that were bounced, the update which would have taken place on
Saturday is postponed until next Wednesday.  So everyone has some
additional time to submit moves.  Sorry for the delay!
