Power's Edge Announce: No Updates on Wednesday

Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

We were disabled temporarily by a network outage.  The system is back
up and accepting moves again now.  However, the Wednesday update will
be skipped, in order to allow everyone enough time to get their moves
in.
