Power's Edge Announce: New Universe Starts Saturday!

Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

A new universe, Wilderness Justice, is now open for new players!  This
universe is a successor to the old Web of Intrigue and Rival Alliances
universes, with modified rules. It features a high level of diplomacy,
using our immediate-message-by-email system.  Play starts this

On a related note:  We have signed up so many new players in recent
weeks that all of our universes briefly filled up a few days ago. 
However, the server is not stressing out at all, so we boosted the
maximum size of all the open universes.  We now have room for another
200 new Leaders!

We are making it a top priority to improve the user-friendliness of
the system in the hope that more of the new Leaders will figure out
how to play and begin to enjoy Power's Edge. The two top priorities
are an immediate nation-creation system, so that new Leaders can
submit moves as soon as they sign up, better instructions in the
emails sent to new Leaders, and some tutorial advice included with the
first few newspapers.  The Leader's Guide is also being updated with a
complete table of contents.  Other suggestions are welcome, though our
resources are (as usual) very limited.

inside the newspaper to resign.
