Power's Edge Announce: Welcome New Players!

Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

Welcome new Players!  After 4 years of just doing our own thing and
letting Players find us by word of mouth, Power's Edge has finally
gone and made itself known to the world.  We recently posted a listing
at http://www.free-games.com.au, and now we're being discovered by
many new Players!  

New Players, if you have any questions about Power's Edge which aren't
answered on the web site (especially see the Leader's Guide), you can
respond to this message, write to the address given on the lower right
side of the web site, or write to the Independents (if your Universe
has that option).  The Independents are generally inert neutral
territory for you to occupy at will, but they do pass messages on to
the Moderator.  We hope you'll also find that the veterans out there
are willing to share some of their wisdom with you.  Finally, another
option for experimenting with Power's Edge is the Trial and Error
Universe (on our Development Zone at http://www.pe-dev.net/ ).

Veterans, please be gentle with our newbies - the more Players we
have, the more fun we can all have playing together!  And besides, you
never know who will be your closest ally in the next Universe!
