Power's Edge Announce: New Universes Starting Soon!

Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

Two new Universes are starting soon!  

The King-of-the-Hill universe is a successor to the Quest for
Supremacy universe, which appears to be entering its final stages
(though many battles remain).  New Leaders will be welcome through
Turn 10.  After that, the Universe will become a closed battleground,
and only one Leader will eventually survive!

The Sudden Conflict universe is a successor to the Silent Bloodshed
universe.  Diplomatic activity is prohibited (imagine a Universe full
of radically different civilizations, which cannot communicate at
all).  This Universe will eventually activate the new Region Crises
feature, which will randomly alter the network from time to time (and
may remove regions as the Universe overflows).
