Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

The latest update appears to be successful.  The clock is ticking
again!
Note:  if you sent in moves between the last (bad) update this
morning, and the new (good) update, you need to revisit your newspaper
and maps (history has taken a new course in several cases), and then
decide on fresh moves.
