Power's Edge Announce: Update to be Redone

Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

The Power's Edge server has been shut down temporarily, until the
update can be re-done in a few more hours.

A bug on the previous update caused all the previous turn's inputs to
be re-used (in addition to all the new inputs).  As a result, most
Leaders have received one or more "O-Glorious-Yet-Demanding Leader"
messages from some confused bureaucrats!  This was not your fault. 
The old inputs will be flushed, the inputs submitted prior to the
update will be re-used, and we should be back in business soon.

P.S. The shipping company misrouted the new router, so we're still
somewhat handicapped, but it should be in position by the Saturday
update, and then the coding effort will be able to resume!
