Power's Edge Announce: New Year, New Universe!

Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

Happy New Year everyone!

Our longest-running Universe, Code of Honor, has finally entered a New
Era!  On Turn 164, in the final update of 2003, the Nations Breathing
Helium satisfied the victory conditions and forced a new era.  The New
Era will be known as Crisis of Integrity and will follow the same
rules, with the addition of a new "Regions in Crisis" feature
(eliminates need for "rescalings" - more on this later).  Signups are
open now!  The first update will be on Saturday, January 17.  If you
were in Code of Honor and want to retain your Leader's name, send me a
reply and I will take care of it.  Invite friends to play as well!
