Power's Edge Announce: Winter Holidays Dec.17-Jan.3

Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

As in past years, Power's Edge will take a vacation over the winter
holidays.
Unless several Players complain, the last update of 2003 will be on
December 17, and the first update of 2004 will be on January 3.  So
you'll have about 2.5 weeks to find time for that set of moves.
