Power's Edge Announcement: Bugs back; Update postponed

Announcement from the Moderator to All Leaders:

The bugs are still getting worse.  The game interface went down
altogether for a while, but it's back up for now.  The ISP is now
looking over a detailed report on the problem.  The plan for now is to
continue to play normally (as normally as possible), so that we can
gather more information to help with the troubleshooting.  

Because of the time lost, the Wednesday update is postponed until
Saturday.

On the positive side, there are new improvements in the Moderator
Announcements system.  Announcements to everyone can now be sent
remotely (even when the Moderator is on travel), and copies of all
Announcements are stored in the game archives at
http://www.heeter.net/pe/archives/Announcements/ .  Announcements to
specific games can be sent more easily as well.
