OOC: If I'm going to be attacked with 350 units by a player who has 46 regions and 1600 units, when I have 12 regions and 222 units, then there's not a lot of point. I'll leave you three guys to fight it out. See you in another universe.

OOC: Yes, I was going to send a message about that this morning. What happened was that I was busy building up a force to take back OFF LIMITS (one of my favorite pastimes in this game has been taking and losing and retaking and relosing that particular territory. Just when I almost had my whole group together, the connection was destroyed. Sadly, I came upon you when I rebuilt an external connection. I could move the whole army around, but I am getting sick of building ever bigger armies that turn around as objectives change. You'll notice that I have pretty crappy production (I think the others built up beyond where I had imagined would be worthwhile. I think they were right) and a lot of regions, so my armies do a lot of marching. I decided to see if I could find a bigger enemy on the other side of you, as I notice that you've been interacting with The Grid. My thought was to send the following message:

why, hello mr borgie. i know u said u were gonna assimalate me, but i bet u were just being a grumpypants that day. weve been sharing a border 4 a bit now, and i think ur not a bad guy, ur prolly just lonely or mebs u had demanding parents or something. neway, i thought that id send some gardeners through ur lands 2 plant some gardens so u can c how BEAUTIFUL the world can b if u let it do its thing instead of try to always take it over. im not trying 2 really invade u just now; im looking 4 that other computer guy grid thingie. hes made me kinda angry. if u point me in the right direction, ill just walk on through and well be done here. u can take the gardens back over when i leave if ud like, but i dont think youll want to because even u will c how really really pretty everything is when u let it b. the other 2 guys havent quite learned this lesson: moneyman keeps wanting 2 water things and fertilize and plant hybrid flowers and thinks its better, and computer guy has just been digging them up lately. mebs hes running computers on biodiesel, idk. neway, im thinking that a braniac smarty-pants like u may really appreciate the flowers and maybe we can b friends!
