There are so many fields in which one can grow, don't you think? Now that autumn is here, I have asked my workers to install some irrigation systems in the Jasmine fields which you grew. My people have enjoyed them long enough, and now you too may find that the Jasmine blooms ever brighter, when it gets enough water at all times! Furthermore, to provide the irrigation water, we have installed a Flood Control Dam farther upstream. This will be useful in many ways in the future, since it not only prevents all the wonderful plants downstream from being drowned in the occasional fast spring snowmelt, it also provides a nice barrier to keep the cyborgs from entering the many fertile valleys which we share. However, the flood control dam is vulnerable to silting and jamming with leaves, so to promote the general welfare and provide for the common defense, we must ask that you stay a little further away from now on.
