Early to Rise for the Real Capitalists!

You know, the folks who actually make the goods and deliver the services?  The producers... not those so-called "Capitalists" who just sat around and got fat off the labor of others!  We can no longer afford to have so many "managers", squandering so much of our production, for so little gain.  We need more out of our brightest minds!

Adam Smith realized that something was going deeply wrong, and called me in to shape up this company.  We are going to reorganize along new principles.

No one will lose his or her job, but many of us are going to be reassigned to more productive activities!  These adjustments will take time, but on the whole we will be more effective and, I hope, more profitable!
