I guess he's planning an invasion back into partridge pea. but i'm guessing that this must mean he's pretty undefended elsewhere. a little exploratory probing might be advantageous. me, i'm gonna lick my wounds and improve my defenses for a while... hugz, sunshine WP-09-Diplo [Adam Smith]: Hey, Sunshine... (This is intended to protect the privacy of other players.) ====================================================================== I'm afraid Mr. Programmer read your mind. He already sent 267 code-warriors after me this turn. In fact, if it wasn't for your own propensity to strike in great force against my most critical defensive points (thus eliminating vast numbers of our troops but without actually gaining anything for either side), I wouldn't have so many units on our borders, and perhaps I could do something to constrain Mr. Programmer's ambitions. I note an interesting stalemate: Sunshine is not as strong offensively since his production is spread among so many regions, that it is hard to concentrate forces with limited numbers of moves each turn. But he has so many regions that it's basically impossible to overrun them all. ("Never start a land war in Asia" comes to mind.) On the other hand, Mr. Programmer hasn't got that many regions, but many of them have very high production, and much of his production is very close together, so he can bring tremendous forces to bear at any critical point, in very few moves. So his nation is very efficient at delivering armies to the front lines. As for my own forces, we have some high-production regions and some low-production regions, but not enough strength to fight you both. I think, since you are once again both invading me everywhere, I'll just have to scrub my plans for invading either one of you, go turtle for a while, and see if I can fend you off one more time...
