Wow, so I've never had a set of regions break off from the main group in a permanent way so that no external or internal links are possible. I don't suppose anyone knows how many units it takes to construct an internal link, do they?

Sunshine, if you have a region with only 1 other link, you can probably buy an internal link for something like 20 units. (That's not exact... I haven't done much of this.) The cost goes up from there depending on how many links the region has.  In general, internal links are more expensive than external links.

As for the Consensus - the consensus of my soldiers is that they are ready!
