Programmer and Sunshine - 

I'm not quite ready to go to war yet.  In particular, I have a problematic region which still has external connection(s).  I'm going to finish exploring it, and may end up needing to hand over some more production as a result...  also, it occurred to me that if anyone else has such a region, it's a potential source of production for that person which isn't fairly shared.  Have both of you fully explored all your regions?

I have no unexplored regions. However, I didn't get around to moving last turn, so I have not transferred the units to Programmer that I need to. I'm in no rush to start--Adam, why don't you just let us know when you're ready.
