Sunshine, I agree with you: no collusion, and using only public announcements is a good way to do that!

Regarding region transfers, Sunshine wrote "is there a way that Programmer can come through to Stomp or Shooting Star or even Silly ponies?"

I think so...  I'm going to try building an external link out of Rhododendron this turn.  And I have another link chain that leads to Silly Ponies which I am also trying.  (Programmer, how many regions do you have left with external links available?  If you're out, can you add one somewhere?  We'll balance out the units afterwards so no worries about tactical disadvantages.)
