I formally apologize for the actions of rogue forces within my military! I also apologize for the delay in contact! I really wanted to be able to explain the actions which occurred on Turn 27. Unfortunately, I am as yet unable to obtain an explanation. These actions toward your forces were regrettable, and I may have been willing to consider recompense.  Your actions this Turn should about equal our loses, as well as show that we both have 100 plus armies on our border...
I am hoping that we can consider the matter closed.
I am concerned with a recent public message by the Trag.  Kelly Johnson was a former Operator of Skunk Works who was removed for his corrupt actions.  The histories are there for those who might like to read them!  He has not been seen or heard from since that time, however I am concerned that the Trag would reference this known criminal!
Death, welcome back! It is obvious recently that your influence has returned. I would be very interested in discussing the observations of your mail considerations.
