Hayduke has 91 units on one side of me, and Lovat has a total of some 167 on the front lines plus a backup stack of some 90 which my scouts detected not far behind.  Considering that they outnumber my army by a wide margin, my demise would seem to be rather assured unless others intervene.  (I am thinking of renaming my country "Georgia"!)

It is true, at one point I did inquire with Lovat about the possibility of a mutual action down the road, and I did mention that I didn't trust The Trag.  But as some of you might remember, The Trag had scout-invaded one of my regions early on, and while the subsequent negotiations went okay, I surely had some doubts about them!  Checked in with your conscience -- is it evil to inquire with neighbors about potential alliances against other neighbors who hadn't been too friendly?  Is that just cause for a dual-headed decapitation?

I HAVE learned one lesson, though -- it is The Trag, who returned the region and reimbursed my losses, whom I now respect!  

It takes no great courage for Lovat and Hayduke, who sit atop the units and production standings by great margins, to tag-team a small innocent nation like mine into oblivion.  While they made up a feeble pretext this time, next time they'll be so strong that even that modicum of pretense will not be necessary!  Which of you wants to be next?

My front lines may hold for another turn, with luck, but not much longer!  Soon the Retired Warlords shall become the Demised Warlords...

But, my people are grateful to Frodo for the recent payment for the regions recently lent out.  There is another who has great honor.  He could easily have taken my regions and left my people to die.
