Lord Lovat seems to believe that one can waltz uninvited into the lands of another, into a peaceful territory filled with those who wished him well and had requested a peace.  Which he accepted for a time, but then rejected without any particular sign or notice.

He sent 100 units into my territories this turn.  

Now, if the nations of the world wish to accept this sort of behavior, the Retired Warlords will fight Lovat alone. We are not afraid of fighting, having done it for far too long in ages past. We regret much of what happened then, but war was war then, and when war comes to us now, we know what to do. We can see in the standings that Lovat is stronger than we are, and he has taken the first-strike advantage.  He will grow stronger if he triumphs.  

On the other hand, if the nations of the world wish to stand with us against this sort of behavior, we will be eternally grateful, and the spoils of Lovat's nation will be available to all who are willing!
