Here in the Retired Warlords' home, excitement is building as we discover new neighbors.  Though it has been a long time since any here in the Home were interested in lifting a sword in conquest, we all appreciate a good blade - and a good tale! - and are keen to enjoy, vicariously, the vigorous company of the new youth movement out there. 

However, we understand the impetuousness of youth (all too well, some of us recall as we gaze at our old scars!), and we'd therefore like to remind our future neighbors that our real-estate investments include a number of "right of discovery options".  We have prior claims to the following regions which we will enforce if need be:  Independent-58, Independent-69, Independent-78, Independent-6 and Independent-100. Over the next few turns we will move some Retired Warlords into each of these new cottages here at the Home, and hope no one is foolish enough to try to turn us out!
